Privacy policy

What we collect

Your account: your email address, username and password. The password is stored scrambled, so no one can read it, including us.

Your preferences: time zone, language and theme, and the settings you save, such as the calculator and the strategies you follow.

Telegram, if you link the bot: your Telegram account ID and username, and a log of the messages we send you.

Payments: the amount, plan, status and reference of each payment, and any coupon or partner code used. We hold no wallet keys and keep no details of your wallet beyond what NOWPayments sends us about the payment.

Usage: the pages you open, the site or campaign that brought you, your device type and your country (from Cloudflare), for our own statistics. Your login session also records your IP address and browser, for security.

Partners also give us a TRC20 wallet address for payouts, and we keep their commission and payout records.

Why we use it

To run your account and the service: to show trades in your time zone and language, size lots with your settings and send the messages you asked for.

To take payments, send reminders before your paid time ends and keep accounting records.

To keep the service secure and to see which pages are used, so we can improve them.

No third-party trackers

We do not use Google Analytics, advertising networks or any other third-party trackers. Our statistics are built into the site and stay with us.

Who we share it with

Each provider receives only what it needs for its job: NOWPayments, to take your payments; Telegram, to deliver bot messages if you linked it; our email provider, to send account and reminder emails; Cloudflare and our hosting provider, to deliver the site and protect it.

We never sell your data or share it for advertising.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only: your session (to keep you logged in and protect forms), your language and your time zone, and “Remember me” if you tick it. Your theme is saved in your browser. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account from your Account page, or ask us at [email protected]. Your account is deleted within 30 days: your email address, username, password, Telegram link and settings are erased.

Payment records are kept for accounting.
