Who we are

The service is run by TTC FX (ttcfx.com). In these pages, “we” and “us” mean TTC FX, and “you” means the person using the service.

What the service is

TTC FX publishes a daily currency outlook (the Compass), the trades of its strategies, a lot calculator and a public record of results, on the website and on Telegram.

We do not hold your money, place trades for you or connect to your broker. You decide whether to trade, and you place your own orders.

Not financial advice

Everything on TTC FX is general information. It is not financial, investment or tax advice, and it does not take your situation into account.

We do not promise profits. Trading can lose money: read the Risk disclosure before you act on any signal.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old.

You are responsible for making sure using the service is legal where you live.

Your account

Use a real email address and keep your password to yourself. An account is for one person.

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used it.

Subscriptions and payments

Prices are shown on the Pricing page. You pay in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments, and your subscription starts once the payment is confirmed.

Subscriptions do not renew automatically. We remind you before your paid time ends; to continue, you pay again. Refunds follow the Refund policy.

Personal use only

Your account gives you a personal licence to use the signals, the Compass and the calculator for your own trading. The licence cannot be transferred.

Signals are for your personal use only: do not resell or redistribute them. If an account is proven to resell or redistribute signals, we may ban it without refund.

Suspension and closing your account

We may suspend an account that abuses the service, such as by reselling or redistributing signals, without refund.

You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account from your Account page or by writing to [email protected].

Availability

We work to keep the service running and its information correct, but we cannot promise that it will always be available, on time or free of errors. Prices shown on the site are indicative and can differ from your broker’s.

If a technical error on our side stops the service, the Refund policy explains what happens.

Partner program

If we give you the partner role, the Partner terms also apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and we announce important changes on the site or by email. If you keep using the service after a change, the new terms apply.
